About Kids Church
Calvary Chapel’s Kids Church vision is to help kids know, love, and follow Jesus. Partnering with parents, we aim to teach the gospel in each lesson so kids can know Jesus as their Savior, love God deeply, and be transformed to share his love and truth with others.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matt. 19:14).
“And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” (Lk. 2:52).

Each week, every child—from toddlers to preteens—will discover the full truth of God’s Story, from Genesis to Revelation.
It’s all about Jesus, and every story points back to him.

CHECK-IN
Check In
Electronic check-in takes place at the Kids Church kiosks in the Courtyard for easy self check-in.
Babies–Kindergarten: After printing your child’s tags at the kiosk, you will check in your child in their age group’s classroom to their Kids Church Leader.
First–Fifth Grade Students: After printing your student’s tags, check your student into the Kids Church Area in the Fellowship Hall.
If you arrive after worship begins, we will be in the youth section of the Main Sanctuary. Please check in with a leader in the foyer of the Sanctuary.
Check Out
Babies–Kindergarten: When picking up your child, go directly to your child’s classroom. You must present the printed tag or your phone security tag to pick up your child. Your child’s teacher will electronically verify the checkout, and your child will be released to you.

What Is Kids Church?
Our Classes
Nursery
0–17 months
Our loving Nursery Team desires to introduce your baby or toddler to Jesus and his love for them. The Gospel Project Curriculum for Babies and Toddlers includes: prayer, Bible stories, Scriptures, worship, and activities. We provide a safe and loving environment to minister and care for each child’s spiritual and physical needs.
Toddler
18 months–3 years
Our loving Toddler Team desires to help your toddlers learn more about Jesus and his great love for them. The Gospel Project Curriculum provides age appropriate lessons which includes: prayer, interactive Bible stories, Scripture verses, worship/movement, and activities.
Preschool
4 years–Kindergarten
Our loving Preschool Team desires to help your preschoolers learn more about Jesus and his great love for them. The Gospel Project Curriculum provides age appropriate lessons which includes: prayer, interactive Bible stories, Scripture verses, worship/movement, and activities.
Elementary
1st–3rd Grade
Our 1st thru 3rd Grade Kids Church is designed for kids to grow in Jesus and their understanding of what it is like to have a personal relationship with him. The Gospel Project Curriculum is full of fun and interactive Bible Lessons for kids to meet with God at their level. All Bible lessons include times of discovery learning, where your children will experience: prayer, interactive Bible stories, Scripture verses, worship/movement, and activities.
Preteen
4th–5th Grade
Our Preteen Ministry is a time for discipleship and growing in Jesus. Each week, we join together as a group for worship, time to respond to God, and Bible study. We are using the Gospel Project Curriculum to dive into the Scriptures and discuss what God is showing us in his Word. We also have LOTS of fun and build relationships with one another.
Special Needs
Ages 5–12
Limitless Ministry serves those in our church family with special needs or disabilities. Sunday School classes are offered on Sunday mornings for children ages 5 through 12, and for adults/teens 13 and over. We offer a safe environment that is sensitive to learning styles and a variety of resources.
Limitless meets on Sunday at 11 AM:
Children up to 12 years–Room 1
Adults/Teens 13 and over–Room H105 (High School building)
