About Disability Ministry

The goal of the special needs ministry is eternal—that all people would know the good news of Jesus Christ and be made disciples. In doing so, the body of Christ, the church, would be made complete. Our desire is to lift up those in the body of Christ and to work God’s will on earth by encouraging each other through faith, praying for one another, and bearing one another’s burdens.

Both of our disability ministries are volunteer-led and designed to care for the needs of our church community at every stage of life.

Our Ministries

  • Four women standing together outdoors, all smiling and looking at the camera.

    Limitless: Ages 5–12

Limitless serves those in our church family with special needs or disabilities. A Sunday school class is offered on Sunday mornings for children ages 5 through 12. We offer a safe environment that is sensitive to learning styles and a variety of resources.

The Limitless ministry is here to support you and your family, reminding you that you are not alone.

  • Two men are talking and laughing while a woman in a wheelchair and another man in a motorized wheelchair listen. The woman has curly hair and is wearing a blue jacket, the man in the wheelchair has a beard and is wearing a black vest with a yellow safety vest, and the man standing is wearing a black jacket with a plaid lining and holding a paper cup. The scene appears to be in a break room or common area with coffee supplies and a countertop visible.

    Abundant Life: Adult Ministry

We are a fellowship of believers affected by disability, both physical and intellectual. We share life together. We do not necessarily focus on disability but seek to apply the Scriptures in meaningful ways for those affected by disability. We love Jesus, and we love learning of Him. We worship Him in prayer and music, in the study of His Word, and once a month, by receiving Communion together.

Our theme verse is John 10:10, where Jesus says, "I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly." We seek to experience this abundant life in Jesus Christ together.
