Whole-Person Care in 2024
At Calvary Chapel…
We created training pathways for soul care and have guided 11 ministers through the training so they might care for our whole congregation.
Our ministry team has walked with 33 people through deep grief and created intentional space for hundreds of care conversations.
Our care team expanded youth disability ministry classrooms, now offering connection points for all ages and all disabilities on our campus.
In The Community…
Expanding our efforts for at-risk youth, we have established Foster Care Ministry. Enabling us to offer support to 2 foster children and their family. We have filled the Orangewood food pantry + hosted 4 home-cooked meals for 60+ youth.
Sponsored 20 at-risk youth for the holidays through the gifts and generosity of our church community.
Invested $25,000+ in benevolence initiatives including rent support, transportation needs, education resourcing, and financial counseling for members of our church family.
