October Active Hike

Info

Calling all Active Members! We will be hiking the Carbon Canyon Nature Trail together on Saturday, October 9.

This 3.1-mile hike is located near Yorba Linda and features a lake and a redwood grove and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, running, and nature trips.

We will meet at CCCM by the church office in the parking lot at 8 AM. There is a $5 parking fee per car, so this allows some to carpool if you choose to.

To get to the trailhead: From Route 57, take exit 10 onto Lambert Road. Drive east for two miles until Lambert Road becomes Carbon Canyon Road. Proceed 0.6 miles and turn right into the main entrance for Carbon Canyon Regional Park. Inside the park, turn left when you come to an intersection and drive half a mile east to the last parking lot at the end of the road (which runs parallel to Carbon Canyon Road). The trail begins from the southeast corner of the lot.

IF YOU ARE MEETING AT THE TRAILHEAD, WE WILL BE THERE BY 8:45 AM.
